What's in here, and what isn't
Every status comes from DOL's case system, pending ones included. The wage, the number of workers and the worksite are in DOL's quarterly files, which this page doesn't load yet.
Have the number? The status lookup takes H-300, H-400 and P-400 numbers, asks DOL directly, and can email you when the status changes.
Find an H-2A or H-2B filing by employer
The start of the employer's name is enough. Add a word from the job title or a filing month if the employer files a lot.
Looking for everything one employer has filed? Search every DOL program at once for the PERM, the wage request, the LCA and any H-2A or H-2B filing side by side.

How this works
Where the rows come from
DOL numbers every filing, PERM and H-1B included, from one running counter. This site walks it twice a day for new filings and re-checks each one until DOL decides.
Why one might be missing. These forms were added on October 1, 2026, and the record is still being filled in backwards through earlier filings. A filing from today appears after the next check.
The basics
What are H-2A and H-2B?
Temporary work visas. H-2A covers seasonal or temporary farm work; H-2B covers non-farm work with a one-time, seasonal, peakload or intermittent need, usually up to nine months (20 CFR 655.6). Before USCIS can approve either petition, the Department of Labor must certify that no qualified U.S. workers are available and that hiring won't lower local wages (20 CFR 655.100). Numbers start with H-300 (H-2A, form ETA-9142A), H-400 (H-2B, ETA-9142B) or P-400 (the wage request for an H-2B job).
How long does DOL take on an H-2A or H-2B application?
The rules set the clock around the employer's date of need. An H-2A application is filed at least 45 days before it (20 CFR 655.130), DOL accepts it or sends a notice of deficiency within 7 calendar days, and a complete application is decided no later than 30 days before the date of need (655.141, 655.143, 655.160). An H-2B application is filed 75 to 90 days before the date of need, and DOL answers within 7 business days (655.15, 655.31, 655.33).
What does a status like NOD issued or accepted, pending recruitment mean?
A notice of deficiency (NOD) means DOL found something to fix; the employer has 5 business days (H-2A) or 10 (H-2B) to send a corrected application. Accepted, pending recruitment means DOL accepted it and the employer is now recruiting U.S. workers before the decision. The status dictionary lists every one, with the rule behind it.
Why doesn't this show the wage or the number of workers?
DOL's case lookup never returns them. They're in its quarterly H-2A and H-2B disclosure files, which PERM Tracker doesn't load yet, so every row here is the status, employer, job title and filing date DOL's own system reports.
