From DOL's own disclosure files
Every decided case
373,939 PERM cases, every one of them decided between October 1, 2023 and June 30, 2026. Filed as far back as May 15, 2017. Anything newer than June 30, 2026 isn't in DOL's published files yet - the employer search below fills that gap from DOL's live feed, and any case number can be checked live.
What’s in here, and what isn’t
DOL publishes cases it has already decided. There are no pending rows in these files at all, so a case still waiting on a determination won’t be here, however recently it was filed.

Counts come from the full files rather than the rows on screen, so a filtered count covers only that filter. How every figure is built.

Your case isn’t in here?
A pending case is in none of DOL's files. The decision estimator reads your filing month against where DOL is working now.
Comparing a whole docket?
Per-firm and per-sponsor totals sit on the law firm table and the sponsor table, and each one links straight back into these cases.
The basics
Which cases can be searched here?
Decided ones: everything DOL has published in its quarterly disclosure files, FY2024 to FY2026. A case still pending has no disclosure row yet - for those, the case status page reads the live per-case feed instead.
