Brelje & Bus Immigration Law P.C.

80 PERM cases in DOL's current disclosure window, 65 certified and 0 denied. Filed from Arizona. Firm name as filed.

This rate is level with the field

Computed over 65 decided cases. The 95% interval runs up to a 5.6% denial rate, which still covers the 3.20% the field as a whole records, so this record can't be told apart from the field in either direction.

Each bar counts firms at that value. Firms with fewer than 30 decided cases are left out of the population rather than plotted, because a rate over a handful of cases lands wherever the handful landed. The line marks this one. Approval rates pile up against 100%, so read the ties in the label rather than the position of the line. DOL PERM disclosure files

The practice, in their own filings

Who they file for, what the jobs are, and where the work sits. All of it is the employer, occupation and worksite named on their own applications.

Who they file for

  1. Hospital Physician Services Southeast, Professional Corporation 10 filings
  2. Avnet, Inc. 8 filings
  3. Yuma Regional Medical Center, an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation 6 filings
  4. Pathway Vet Alliance LLC 5 filings
  5. InPatient Consultants of Alabama, Inc. 4 filings
  6. InPatient Consultants of Tennessee, P.C. 4 filings

The employers named on the most applications from this firm. 37 of 80 filings, 46% of the total.

What the jobs are

General Internal Medicine Physicians

SOC 29-1216.00 · 19 filings, 24% of everything they file

These are the 6 occupations with the most filings, 57 of 80 cases between them. The occupation on a PERM is the SOC code on the form, which is the job as DOL classifies it rather than the job title on the offer. DOL still accepts two SOC vintages, so one job can appear twice under two codes; the code is printed for exactly that reason.

Where the jobs are

  • Arizona 27
  • Alabama 13
  • Texas 12
  • Tennessee 6
  • California 5
  • Nevada 5

The worksite state on the application, which is where the job is and not where the company is headquartered. Volume by state across everyone is on the state map. These 6 states cover 68 of 80 filings.

Against the firms ranked nearest

The 120 firms ranked nearest this one filed between 70 and 91 cases. Their median wait is 470 days, and this one sits 9 days behind that. No approval rate is given for the band. A band is a slice of the volume ranking rather than a population picked for having enough decided cases, so a band rate would be solid at the top of the list and noise at the bottom, under one heading.

Where this sits in the ranking

Ranked 547 of 5,678 by volume: 546 filed at least as many cases, and 5,131 filed no more.

Practices filing from Arizona at a similar rate, taken from the ranks nearest this one. State is the address on the filing, so a national firm appears under whichever office signed the form.

What this rank counts, and what it doesn't

DOL prints the name that went on the form, so one firm can appear under several. 1 other spelling of this name was folded into this page and its cases are counted here. The entry below start the same way and were not merged, because the difference between them is more than a mistyped letter. Some may be the same firm; some are a different one. Rank #547 counts this page's cases only.

4 filings sit on those pages rather than this one. The methodology has the rule that decides which spellings merge.

What these numbers don't say

The wage is the job, not the payer
The median offered wage moves almost entirely with what roles their clients file. A software developer and a poultry cutter are different numbers wherever they are filed, so this figure is not plotted against the field and no percentile is given for it: that comparison would rank occupation mix and call it pay. Wages by occupation are on the wages page.
Nothing here is waiting
Every row in DOL's disclosure files carries a decision date, so a case still in the queue is in none of these counts. The live tracker that does see pending cases records the employer on each one and not the firm, so a firm's current queue cannot be broken out at all. Where the queue stands overall is on the processing times page.
The approval rate barely separates firms
Across every firm with enough decided cases to carry a rate the median is above 99%, and hundreds have no denials at all. Placing near the top of that axis mostly means being level with the rest of it.
None of this measures the advice
It measures filings that DOL approved or denied. Whether the case was worth filing, what it cost, and how the firm handled an audit aren’t in these files.
A median over 65 decided cases
DOL works one national queue, oldest first, whoever filed the case, so this says when the firm's cases were filed at least as much as anything about the firm. Where the queue stands today is on the processing times page.

The window these figures cover

DOL's FY2026 Q3 and FY2025 Q4 and New Form FY2024 Q4 and FY2024 Q4 PERM disclosure files, unioned and de-duplicated by case number: 373,939 cases. Every case in them carries a decision, so nothing here counts what’s still pending. How each figure is built, and what it can and can't answer, is set out in the methodology.
