All sponsors · #798 of 71,512 by volume
RUSSELL LANDSCAPE, LLC
50 PERM filings in DOL's current disclosure window, 48 certified and 0 denied. Name as DOL prints it, which is the legal entity on the form.
This rate is level with the field
Computed over 48 decided filings. The 95% interval runs up to a 7.4% denial rate, which still covers the 3.20% the field as a whole records, so this record can't be told apart from the field in either direction.

What they file, and where
A rank says how much. It says nothing about what the work is, which is the part a job offer from this sponsor actually turns on.
What the jobs are
Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers
SOC 37-3011.00 · 41 filings, 82% of everything they file · 100.0% approved
These are the occupation with the most filings, 41 of 50 cases between them. The occupation on a PERM is the SOC code on the form, which is the job as DOL classifies it rather than the job title on the offer. DOL still accepts two SOC vintages, so one job can appear twice under two codes; the code is printed for exactly that reason.
Where the jobs are
- Georgia 50
The worksite state on the application, which is where the job is and not where the company is headquartered. Volume by state across everyone is on the state map. This state covers 50 of 50 filings.
Who files for them
- GM INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS LLC 50 filings · 100.0% approved
The law firm named on the application. 50 of 50 filings, 100% of the total.
Against the sponsors ranked nearest
The 120 sponsors ranked nearest this one filed between 46 and 54 filings. Their median wait is 468 days, and this one sits 69 days ahead of that. No approval rate is given for the band. A band is a slice of the volume ranking rather than a population picked for having enough decided cases, so a band rate would be solid at the top of the list and noise at the bottom, under one heading.
Where this sits in the ranking
Ranked 798 of 71,512 by volume: 797 filed at least as many filings, and 70,714 filed no more.

Sponsors filing at the same rate
The sponsors ranked either side of this one, which is the same as saying they file about as many PERM cases a year. Worksite state isn't carried per employer in this data, so these are volume peers rather than neighbours; filings by state are on the state map.

What this rank counts, and what it doesn't
DOL prints the name that went on the form, so one sponsor can appear under several. The 9 entries below start the same way and were not merged, because the difference between them is more than a mistyped letter. Some may be the same sponsor; some are a different one. Rank #798 counts this page's cases only.
- Russell Investments Group, LLC 7 filings
- Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. 3 filings
- Russell Farms, LLC 1 filing
- RUSSELL WALTER MICHNA 1 filing
- RUSSELL SIGLER INC 1 filing
- RUSSELL HOSPITAL CORPORATION 1 filing
- Russell L Chin 1 filing
- Russell Systems, Inc DBA Autosmart Philadelphia 1 filing
- RUSSELL AND DAWSON INC. 1 filing
17 filings sit on those pages rather than this one. The methodology has the rule that decides which spellings merge.
What these numbers don't say
- The wage is the job, not the payer
- The median offered wage moves almost entirely with what roles they file. A software developer and a poultry cutter are different numbers wherever they are filed, so this figure is not plotted against the field and no percentile is given for it: that comparison would rank occupation mix and call it pay. Wages by occupation are on the wages page.
- Volume doesn’t change the wait
- DOL works a single national queue, oldest first, whoever filed the case, so a company with four thousand filings waits exactly as long as one with three.
- The name is a legal entity
- DOL prints whatever went on the form. A group that files through several subsidiaries appears as several rows, and one that files everything through a parent appears once, so a rank is a rank among printed names rather than among companies.
- A median over 48 decided cases
- The queue is national and first in, first out, so this figure follows when the cases were filed as much as it follows the sponsor.
- Two sources, and they do not add up
- The filing counts come from DOL's disclosure files, where every row already carries a decision date, so nothing pending is in them. The queue figures come from a live per-case tracker with its own coverage and its own as-of date. Subtracting one from the other gives a number that means nothing. Where the queue stands overall is on the processing times page.
The window these figures cover
DOL's FY2026 Q3 and FY2025 Q4 and New Form FY2024 Q4 and FY2024 Q4 PERM disclosure files, unioned and de-duplicated by case number: 373,939 cases. Every case in them carries a decision, so nothing here counts what’s still pending. How each figure is built, and what it can and can't answer, is set out in the methodology.
