A practice can appear here several times over, and unlike the employer index these are not pooled. DOL prints Fragomen under six different spellings, and each one takes its own page with its own rank, so a firm page counts the filings under the spelling it matched rather than everything the practice filed. Read a single firm's total as a floor.
