This is for immigration attorneys and firm owners choosing between four names that turn up together in comparison searches. A vendor's own comparison page puts the vendor first. This one puts their own words side by side, read from each site on October 16, 2026, with a column the vendors' pages leave thin: what the product says it does for PERM.
Read from the vendors' own pages
Prices and features are quoted from each vendor's own website on October 16, 2026. We haven't used these products on live cases. Vendors change prices often, so check before you buy.

What each says about PERM
None of the four pages we read names the PERM deadlines themselves: the filing window, at least 30 days after the last mandatory recruitment step and within 180 days of the first (20 C.F.R. § 656.17(e) (2025)); the notice of filing's 10 business days (§ 656.10(d)); the audit file kept 5 years (§ 656.10(f)); or the I-140 due within 180 days of certification (§ 656.30(b)(1)). Here's the closest each comes.
| Vendor | Closest it comes to PERM, in its own words |
|---|---|
| Docketwise | "Case & Priority Date Tracking", and DOL forms in its library |
| INSZoom | E-filing of "USCIS and DOL forms" |
| LollyLaw | "40+ immigration-specific workflows that come out-of-the-box with tasks, deadlines, milestones" |
| eImmigration | Filing to "USCIS, DOS, and DOL websites without retyping any information" |
A product can still hold a PERM case: workflows and custom tasks can carry dates. The deadline logic just isn't something these vendors advertise, so ask for it in a demo, on one of your own cases.
If you're leaving INSZoom or Tracker
Mitratech announced its purchase of Tracker Corp on July 31, 2020 and of INSZoom on November 10, 2020. Today Mitratech's immigration case management page names INSZoom alone, and Tracker's old address, trackercorp.com, opens Mitratech's Tracker I-9 Compliance page. Options to compare, from each one's own page:
| Tool | Price (own page, Oct 16 2026) | What its page says about PERM |
|---|---|---|
| Docketwise | $80 to $120 per user a month, yearly | DOL forms; no PERM deadline feature named |
| eImmigration | $55 to $100 per user a month, yearly; $1,000 standard import, which lists INSZoom, Tracker Cloud and Tracker Desktop among supported sources | No PERM deadline feature named |
| LollyLaw | Not published | No PERM feature named |
| CampLegal | $69 to $89 per user a month, yearly | "Recruitment tracking, audit file maintenance, and prevailing wage management built into the workflow" |
| PERM Tracker | Free | PERM only: recruitment dates, filing window, I-140 deadline, reminders; no forms or billing |
How to choose
Start with what you file most
A practice that's mostly family and humanitarian work needs forms, translations and a client portal first. A PERM-heavy practice needs the recruitment and filing dates kept right.
Demo on a real case
Bring one recent PERM with its real dates and ask the vendor to show the filing window, the notice of filing and the I-140 deadline in their product.
Ask about leaving before you arrive
Ask what an export contains, in what format, and what a migration costs. eImmigration publishes its import price; ask the others.
If the forms suite you prefer doesn't keep the PERM dates, PERM Tracker's free app can sit beside it: it works out each case's recruitment and filing dates and reminds you before they pass. It doesn't fill forms, bill or file with USCIS. More on For attorneys. Nothing here is legal advice.
