A case number gets you the status in plain English, what the queue in front of it looks like, and the employer's own record. It will not get you a decision date, and the page says why.
These statuses are read from DOL directly. The FLAG case-status search answers a batch lookup, and we run it against every undecided case every 12 hours and against all of them weekly. DOL publishes no documented API for this, so it is the same endpoint their own search page uses rather than a supported one. The date shown on each case is when the tracker saw it, not when we did, and it is a snapshot rather than a live feed. DOL is the authority for any case and this page is never a substitute for the determination letter. Check it yourself at flag.dol.gov.

Estimate
Reconsideration is a separate proceeding with its own clock. No percentile of the original filing month describes it.
Cases at this stage have been pending a measured average of 624 days since filing.
Every figure here is a count over the per-case snapshot. None of them is a date, and none of them is a rate this case will move at.
The case was denied and the employer asked the Certifying Officer to look again. Reconsideration is narrow on purpose: it can only rely on documents DOL already received, or documents that existed when the application was filed and were kept to support it.
The clock: The request had to be sent within 30 days of the denial being issued.
Who acts: The Certifying Officer decides whether to reconsider, and may instead treat the request as an appeal to BALCA.
2,344 cases are in this status right now, across every filing month. That is a measure of how common the state is, and nothing more. It is not how likely this case is to leave it or where it goes next: the feed has only been observing status changes since August 2026, and weeks of transitions cannot honestly price the odds of one.
Analyst review is the ordinary queue and it moves in filing order. Everything else takes a case out of that order, which is the honest answer to “DOL passed my month and I still have nothing”.
0 of the 191 still open are in analyst review.

A month is not slow or fast on its own. Two either side is enough to see whether this one is ordinary, and October 2024 is not the only thing DOL is holding.
Every decided PERM case DOL published for Roblox Corporation, across FY2024 to FY2026. It describes the employer's filings, not this case.
94.2% of 154 decided cases were certified. That describes what DOL did with this sponsor's past filings and carries no claim about this one. Everything published about Roblox Corporation.

DOL is working October 2025, newer than this case
DOL is working October 2025, which is 12 months newer than this case's filing month. So filing order is no longer what this case is waiting on. 191 cases filed in October 2024 are still open, out of 12,711 filed that month.
A case that stays open past its month is usually in one of the queues that takes it out of filing order: a request for information, an audit, supervised recruitment, or an appeal. The split below shows which of those the rest of the month is sitting in.
12,711 cases were filed in October 2024. 12,520 of them have been decided so far, which is 98.5% of the month.
