Enhanced Timeline View
The Gantt chart now visualizes your entire PERM timeline, covering every date range and milestone that matters:
- Range bars for PWD Validity, NOF Period, Filing Window, and ETA 9089 Certification
- Milestone markers for Audit Selected, I-140 Receipt, and I-140 Denied
- Stacked rows so overlapping ranges are readable at a glance
- Dashed borders distinguish calculated dates from dates you entered
Each range bar is color-coded and labeled inline, so you can scan across cases without hovering or clicking.
Smarter AI Chat
The AI assistant now uses a 5-model fallback chain that automatically switches providers when one is unavailable. Conversations are more reliable, context stays intact across longer threads, and you’ll see fewer interruptions during peak usage.

The landing page has been rewritten with clearer messaging about what PERM Tracker actually does and why deadlines matter. Less marketing fluff, more substance.
Cleaner Interface
A proportional scale-down across the app reduces visual clutter without removing any functionality. Cards, spacing, and typography are tighter and more balanced, especially on smaller screens.
Better Deadline Hints
Recruitment deadline tooltips now explain why a date matters. Each hint includes the regulatory basis so you can verify the logic yourself.
Range Bar Labels
Timeline range bars now always show their labels instead of only on hover. No more guessing which bar represents which date range.
Fixed
- Filter bar now appears when all cases are archived, previously showed the new-user empty state by mistake
- "Clear All Filters" correctly persists the cleared state across page navigation
- Unknown routes now show a proper 404 page instead of redirecting to login
- Deadline enforcement runs daily to automatically close expired deadlines, no more stale open cases
